Vida DeLong

With a background spanning thirty years in luxury hospitality and direct sales, Vida has held several prominent direct-to-consumer roles in the wine industry including Vice President of DTC at Far Niente Wine Estates overseeing DTC for Far Niente Winery and Nickel & Nickel, and Vice President of the Crimson Wine Group with luxury estates in California, Oregon and Washington.

Most recently, as Vice President, DTC for the Italian owned Antinori California portfolio, DeLong elevated and integrated DTC programming for Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, and Antinori Napa Valley.

With a talent for creating and motivating dynamic teams, Vida is able to translate DTC strategy into actionable results, with a focus on sustainable growth and team development.

Tiffany Kenny

With more than twenty years of industry experience, Tiffany Kenny has expertly developed brand-defining, sales-driven DTC and CRM programs for prestigious brands, including Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Patz & Hall, and for many luxury wineries as a consultant with Ensemble Marketing Group.

In her most recent role as Vice President of Marketing and DTC at Trefethen Family Vineyards, Tiffany led a team of forty professionals and successfully executed comprehensive omnichannel sales and marketing campaigns that integrated strategy, operations, technology, and leadership, all with a strong client-centric philosophy.

Tiffany holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
